• within 36 months after the sale

Replacement - piece for piece. Although we always analyze returned product, we would give you new one without waiting for results. But we always inform you about cause.

We are able to do so because of very low number of claims.

* We reserve rights to analyze problem in the place in case of repeating claims.
 

3. Miscellaneous

• the claim has to be conveyed by the customer immediately after the defect has been discovered

• we reserve a possibility to assess the claim directly on site

• the electrical devices has to be mounted only by authorized persons
